Description
This is a little ref I made with a custom base for one of my sonic FC's, Willy! I'm probably gonna be doing these for each of my characters so if you like these, be on the lookout! Okay now for the fun description stuff.

Willy

Age: 14

Gender: Male

Height: 5'0''(if human) 3'0'' (if mobian)

Species: Bluejay

Powers: None

Relationship Status: Single

Romantic Orientation: Homoromanic Pansexual

Coloring: Mainly blue feathers with dark blue at the tips, orange eyes

Background: Willy comes from a family with many siblings and parents who cared for them all unconditionally. His father passed away when he was young and so his mother was left to care for him and his five other siblings. Him and the rest of his family had the potential to be born with the power to control fire. Willy wasn't born with it, but instead used slight of hand tricks to make it appear as if he knew how to control it like his siblings. He took on the father role among his brothers and sisters so that he could help his mom whenever she was ill or didn't feel up to the task of keeping care of them. He was the shortest of all his siblings despite being the oldest. When robotnik took over, he managed to escape with two of his sisters, but the rest of his family was unfortunately turned into robots that robotnik controlled.

He joined the freedom fighters to try and help heal people there and use his caring nature that he gained from his family to help people that were injured from the war. He never liked to see death, but grew used to it over time and now just feels a numb feeling when it happens. He doesn't like younger mobians to see that because he believes its too young of an age to be seeing something like that. He loves to use movie references in casual conversation and can have an hours long conversation with someone if they know all the movies he decides to talk about. Willy tends to make friends with the outcasts but can also be friends with others who are in a higher circle of the social chain, he also does not know personally any of the canon sonic characters because he lives in a different branch of the freedom fighters, however he has heard about them.

He's tried to be in relationships before, but people often emotionally abuse and manipulate him because he forgives people too easily and cares about them too much. It also makes it harder for him to leave a relationship without feeling extremely guilty. He has been sexually assaulted before back when he was living with his family, but they were all there for him to help him get over the trauma and luckily, helped him leave his abuser. So this makes him have more doubt before choosing someone to date or be involved with, but also makes it harder for him to actually commit to a steady relationship.
