Description
WOO FLICK THE HORNS i did talking i did. I spent seven hours trying to make him wave. Managed it, but waving looks a little um lame when that's all there is, so I went ahead and this actually took not too long. I don't know. I've forgotten how to read a clock, may be slight side effect.12fps, five mouth shapes, no tweening. I don't know if this is a good way of posting it, or if it'll loop. the eyeballs were a performance. I'm very, very hungry.
Mark is (c) me.
Song is (c) Weird Al Yankovich, or possibly (c) James Whiny Blunt.

That's pretty awesome. XD I look forward to seeing more of this kid-I read his backstory and was intruigued.

I rather like 'You're Beautiful'. I'm puzzled as to why he takes all his clothes off and jumps in the sea during the video, though.
My computer keeps stopping just after 'you're always broke', but I like what I see so far. Pretty smooth animation.

that's good, that's where I stopped animating. if it had carried on after that, then you'd have cause to be worried.

Oh. My computer often does that even when the animation isn't finished. Dial-up.

Hunh. Interesting song choice, and quite fine synching, from what I can tell.

Very nice synching for a first try, but maybe kick up the FPS a bit and and in some stretched versions of the mouths in between to get a slightly smoother transition between them

will do. the talking looks better than the singing to me, because it's so much faster, with the singing you get to watch the individual shapes just sitting there more.

Yeah. Well, slight variations by stretching and squashing the mouth shapes to have them "fade" into each other would do something to alleviate that issue, and you could have the mouth wobble with the stretches slightly for the longer notes.
