awww I really appreciate that you like my art!
mmm... I use basic PS brushes; especially [Dry Media Brushes] - 'Wax pencil'(I used it at this drawing!) and 'Heavy smear wax crayon' are my favorite. You can find them on any version of PS.
I haven't any special way to make tutorial..;v;Β It's really nothing, if you find that brushes, you can get this.
