Very well done for practice!
The timing and rhythm seem a little off in the legs, however. Your front legs look like they hit down at the same time. When an four-legged animal runs, there is a circular rhythm of movement (clockwise or counter- depending) as the legs hit the ground 1 2 3 4 and repeat. Examples: (www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuyeVN… & www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrTwZT… ) The tail (and ear to an extent) seems very stiff and could use more follow-through and secondary action to make its movement more fluid, kind of like a long blade of grass waving in the wind.www.youtube.com/watch?v=seub0o…
But the movement is very fluid (especially in the back legs) and overall the animation is well done. Sorry if you weren't looking for a critique!

The only real thing that's holding it back is the lack of fine detail.

I don't know how to do everything on Fire alpaca yet.
like how to make a background for my animations, and put it there,
but not have to meticulously combine layers for 20 minutes.

You can make folders as layered frames.
Sure, it's a pain in the arse to sort.
But it can be done.
