Description
This is Pascal from the new disney film Tangled.HeΒ΄s a chameleon and very funny.
Done in Gimp within two hours.

And yeah I also thought at the beginning, that Gimp could not be like those great drawing programs but in the end it is even better.

It will not draw for you, you have to work also...

hmm, are you the admin or just a user on the pc you want it installed?
this is important as you need those admin rights to install new programs.
and when your the admin please tell me where you found the file.
