Description
Ok then here is a tutorial for Mandelbulb 3D on how to make the "Tuber" pieces I've been doing lately. Hope you have fun and let me know if you have any trouble. Click the download link on the right to download the tutorial! It's a zipped html file so unzip it, click on the html file and have some fun!The version linked to below is a new version. The version the tut was written with is no longer available as far as I know. So some of the interface will be slightly different. Note me if you have trouble with it.
You can get Mandelbulb 3D by following this link!www.fractalforums.com/mandelbu…

Not sure what's wrong with that. Did you try to just right click on the download file button on the top right of the page and select save link as? Here's a link to try as well. (Direct link to mandelbulb3d tutorial 2 ) If you still can't get it and want to try it, send me a note with you email address and I'll email it to you!

actually I got it to work right after, seemed to be a dA glitch at that time but I guess I replied to myself
thanks for sharing as I didn't have the newest version of M3D (mine had no undo button and some other features missing), I learned a lot from the tut, thanks for taking the time to do that

Thank you so much for this, Hal! But, I'm wondering what a "Turtorial" is. Is it a tutorial for making turtles in Mandelbulb 3D? Just kidding! I really appreciate you sharing this with us. I'm determined to learn Mandelbulb 3D and you are making that a whole lot less painful and frustrating with this tut!

Lol! OMG! I can't believe I did that. heh... I was pretty tired after spending all day on the darn thing! The longer I type, the faster I type and the more mistakes I make! Thanks for pointing it out though. I didn't save the photoshop file I used to do the text but it will be simple enough to do another! And you're welcome, glad to help out the fellow fractalers!

Excellent tut, the key to MB3d is just using it, the key to this Hybrid is definitely folding int power but also rotation, zoom and FoVy. Super work, Happy Fractaling.

At a quick first look I see you have given us newcomers a lot of information. For example when I tried the other day I couldn't find the undo button. That was a major problem. So thanks again.
