It's been confirmed that that is not true. I was looking through the Dragon Age wiki. And well here is a sentence of it. Although Morrigan claimed her mother was an abomination, she later realized that Flemeth "is not a blood mage, not an abomination and not even truly human. So really we have not idea what she it.

Простите за столь поздний ответ) Костюм Мориган - в целом это взято с 3D модели для программы XNALara (созданной фанатами игры Tomb Raider)... основа - костюм Флемет из ДА2, а элементы, что добавлены далее, это.. верно подмечено, что-то из доспехов "защитницы-Хоук", лицо - слегка измененное лицо оригинальной модели Морри из DAO... Данная "собранная" модель в принципе может быть скачана с одного сайта, ссылка вроде еще на нее доступна, если еще нужно, могу подсказать где брать (правда если знакомы с такой вещью как XNALara или некоторыми тридэ редакторами).

Only a man with darkspawn taint within him can have such a beautiful woman as his love and have a dragon-shapeshifter-immortal witch as a mother in law. Both women are not for the weak nor for the faint hearted hehehe.
