  (To get Taskbar Icons in middle like in screenshot you need to add new blank toolbar in taskbar (use an empty folder as toolbar) and move it far left , right click on toolbar and hide title.
      Or you can use this Rainmeter skin as alternative to Translucent Taskbar : TaskbarX it will move icons in middle and make taskbar fully transparent).
