Yes,i know Christ was born in the spring time,in march actually.As you say,all religious holidays must have a common root.
I have the same problem understanding why leaders of a certain religion put their belief in front of others.There is one God for all,the perception may differ,but the essence is the same.
I must say,your belief is most fascinating."reincarnation and cyclical energy" I honestly believe in that too.I've been reading a lot lately about that and a very wise man said that the afterlife will be exactly how you perceive it,as far as your mind goes.And for those who believe in heaven or hell,that is gonna wait for them.I still have a lot to learn about the subject,so i'll say nothing more.
