based on the viking class from the remake of ff3 that im currently addicted to.twas a quick doodle thingey but i liked it. tought someone else might too

the thing about the grey arrow is it means that until they get used to their class theyll be a little weak. it happens when you change their class and goes away after a few battles, not to worry
monks are just crap, what you want is a good old fashioned geomancer or a dragoon!

oh and what effect does it have to have characters do jobs a long time? will they get better at that job? or is it better to choose jobs just based on the effent cos it wont matter much XD
im now at the village that was sacked by the soldiers XD, i got the first jobs, could you give me a spoiler? XD
what jobs do i get next?
and ps. what can a viking do? XD i read about them on walkthroughs, but they all have such different opinions lol

Every Job has its own level. The more you train as that Job, the higher the
level will become, and the better your character will perform! Here is a
list
of EVERYTHING that Job Level affects:
1. Number of hits when attacking.
2. Chance of executing a Critical Hit.
3. Physical damage.
4. Black Magic damage.
5. White Magic recovery.
6. Summon damage.
7. Attack Power of bare-handed Monks and Black Belts.
8. It also enhances the special abilities of certain Jobs.
ok, the viking is strong and tough but hes slow and doesnt get very many hits off. he can provoke one enemy into attacking him and leave everyone else alone. all the hammers he uses are lightning powered so hes great against water enemies. its best to provoke the enemy and keep healing your viking if youre gonna use him but i REALLY love the dragoon, lotsa armour and the jump ability rox!
i really cant remember where to go in the game cos its been a while since i played it but i might get back into it now!

XD i just killed that kraken guy who killed the priestess of the water temple, too bad she had to die 
this is how i did it:
the main character with grey hair (i called him lunar) is lvl 16 red mage, lvl 13 geomancer, and im training him to become a viking
the soldier guy (i named him pablo lol) is lvl 12 warrior, lvl 9 knight, and im now training him to become a black knight
the girl (i named her rose) is a lvl 23 white mage, and 6 levels scolar (they suck cos they dont immediately can use lotsof magic)
and the shy guy (i named him archie) is a lvl 25 black mage XD

oh btw, i have 2 lightning lances, but also a heroic shield, is it better to just use one lance and a shield? cos with 2 lances, you deal more damage i think XD, what was your tactic?

the viking warrior is an odd creature indeed! pillaging, plundering and and maker of all round mischief on the outside. but on the inside their a veritable cocktail of all sorts of deep and meaningful emotions. FACT!

nothing strikes more fear into the enemy/innocent folk than sniffing a flower and hugging someone before/while you rob them, hit them over the head and burn their house down.

what would be more surprising is if he rode in on the elephant of surprise. 'surprise, im an elephant!' he would shout as he leaps from behind bushes (tall ones) and burns down houses. that might be scarier
but you can tell that this story is fictional because guys cant multitask.

flaming hiccups are only to be expected when you go a-pillaging with a fire-breathing, wise cracking, drink swilling, chess winnin, surprising elephant of 'dis guyz'
just dont get em too excited.
its hard though when you live off a diet of other peoples missery and beans.
the viking also carries a torch. him and the elephant see how many houses they can burn in an hour and try to beat each others records

with a fire breathin elephant youre less likely to get sworded or arrowed. you will get seriously elephanted though. and he wont be subtle about it.

unless he was trying to throw simba off so he would lose the fight. its confusing when your dead dad tells you youre a horse when youre both clearly lions.
