[EDIT] fixed the german and added a missing piece of dialogueNICK'S ADVENTURES AT FLOCCESY RANCH~
and his 2 new catches~ Ginger the pidove from route 20
and Reuben the Mareep from the ranch ... and apparently germany
also, since "Terribark" is Herdier's german name, Reuben was the ONLY one who asked if anyone had seed a Herdier. the others just said a dog

For what we have here, lemme see: "Haben Sie ein Terribark gesehen?" "Ja, er ist am nordöstlichen Ende der Ranch. So'n zwielichtiger Kerl hat ihn in seiner Gewalt." The second part of the second sentence assumes, that you meant "shady guy" and that he has the Terribark in his pocket. "Verlegenheit" means embaressment and that wouldn't make too much sense

"Du" in the first sentence, because I doubt that a formal addressing is suited here. If you really want to be formal, it would be "Haben sie einen Terribark gesehen?" - but being informal just suits the situation and the characters more I think.
Second Bubble, second Sentence:
Your decision if "So ein..." or "Ein..." at the beginning. "So ein" would be "Such a"/"Some" in english, "Ein" would simply be "a". I thought that you wanted to use "So ein" seeing at the "som", which I think meant "Some"?
The end of the Sentence was hard to figure out. I think you went with "under constraint"? Which you translated, "Verlegenheit", is actually "Embarrassment", which seems strange in context. "Bedrängnis" is hardship, or distress, which I think would fit the situation. Last, you could also use "Haft", which is custody. Depending on how much the ...asked pokemon (sorry, not such a big pokemon fan that I know the names... XD) knows, I would choose between "Bedrängnis" or "Haft". For me, "Bedrängnis" sounds more suited, but that's up to you.
