Amazing also with a hot and stormy back ground .
I'f watched this work before but then i didn't notice...
the helmet reminds me of General Grievous and a Fallout Tactics Brotherhood PA helmet( the ears )
the body looks to me like the Enclave Power Armor from New Vegas
note 1:: did you know that the Enclave Power Armor from New Vegas is different from the Original PA from FA 2 and that there is a modded Enclave PA made by a fan that is looking more like the one from Fallout 2 .. that fans name is lexx and you can find his original mod on Fallout3nexus....
Note 2:: I am quite at home at the Nexus staying in the FO 3 and FO: NV sections and know of a lot of new (new model ) Power Armors , I would be happy to show those PA's to you there are some really cool new Power Armors like for example the VAULT - TECH: Power Armor .. some advanced T45 and Enclave Power Armors , Power armors from the Japanese Empire and more ....

Both models of the armor from fallout 2 and fallout new vegas are Advanced Power Armor MK 1, they just look slightly different because one game is a 2 dimensional RTS designed game while the other is a first/third person shooter overhaul of the game, but otherwise they are identical lore wise. What you said would mean that the T51B in fallout 1 and 2 which made people about 1 or 2 feet taller and nearly as big as a super mutant is different to the T51B in fallout 3 and new vegas which did not make the player look really big aside from giving them a small hunky unisex build.
