Description Well folks this is the newest episode of Stitch and Experiments in which Stitch and the gang finally have the balls to make a brand new experiment from scratch which mirrors the fact that every Lilo and Stitch fan wants to make a new experiment and I will allow any experiment from any fan to be on the show!  This also features a rap song in it co-written by The Roots!  This new experiment is named Nielsen who is able to determine a TV show's fate on the air, he's also voiced by Tom Cruise!  And I was gonna use some drawing from somebody else but I decided that I will get backlashed anyways so I got a picture from the online game where you make your own experiment so there you go!  Now here's the episode!

STITCH AND EXPERIMENTS S3E9 “THE NEWEST EXPERIMENT”

INT STITCH’S ROOM

STITCH IS HAVING A HARD TIME WITH YOUTUBE’S LAYOUT

Stitch:  Stupid layout format!  Turn back to normal!

STITCH RELOADS THE PAGE AND IT’S BACK TO NORMAL

Stitch:  That is just enough!  We need new experiments!

Lilo:  Jumba we were kind of wondering how those experiments were made…

Pleakley:  Well when a male experiment and a female experiment love each other very much…

Jumba:  Not that way!  Anyways, they are made with my experiment making machine!  But Jumba has made PROMISE TO NEVER MAKE A NEW EXPERIMENT!

Reuben:  Oh yeah, it didn’t say that WE were allowed to make some new experiments!

Sparky:  I think you better call up Gantu and that Grand Councilwoman for a little chat because we were thinking of a couple of experiments that could aid us!

Angel:  We could teach them the difference between right and wrong!

Stitch:  They can even make this bedroom bigger!

Lilo:  Is this gonna take too long?  I’m going to the mall to get Keoni an anniversary present!

Slushy:  Huh?

Lilo:  Of how we first fell in love!

Jumba:  Okay, call Grand Councilwoman!

(STITCH AND EXPERIMENTS INTRO PLAYING)
Stitch:  Tooki Bah Wah Bah!

Singers STITCH!  AND EXPERIMENTS!

Stitch:  Turn around now!

Singers STITCH!  AND EXPERIMENTS!

Stitch:  Come on, come on.
The name’s Stitch so I’ll give you the sitch
I’m an alien experiment number 626
I’m smart mischievous cute and fluffy
All rolled up in one package, isn’t that lovely!
I got a lot of cousins in one big “Ohana”
Helping out each other just in case we wanna
Lilo’s got my back whenever danger would attack
And I’ve got strength in numbers and that’s a fact!
Everyone is like a brother or a sister!
Even when you’re gone I’m not gonna miss ya!
If you don’t like it then Meega Nala Kweesta!
That’s Tantalog for kiss my keister!

Singers STITCH!  AND EXPERIMENTS!

INT STITCH’S ROOM DAY

“THE NEWEST EXPERIMENT”

A VIDEOCONFERENCE IS GOING ON

Stitch:  Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life, electric word life it means forever and that’s…  Whoops, I was listening to Prince.

Written by HARRY SHOEMAKER JESS WINFIELD FORD RILEY

Sparky:  Well we would like another experiment to be made!

Grand Councilwoman:  Absolutely…

Stitch:  It shouldn’t be made by Jumba or Hamsterviel!  It should be made by us!

EVERYBODY GASPS

Directed by TOM SITO VICTOR COOK CHUCK SHEETZ RICHARD RAYNIS

Gantu:  Well that’s something I never saw coming!

Nani:  Kind of like how Thanos snapped half of the Avengers in their Infinity War or how Rosebud was Charles Foster Kane’s childhood sled or how Darth Vader was Luke Skywalker’s dad or even how Kevin Costner in WaterWorld was a mutant or how the woman from The Crying Game was...

Gantu:  I think we get the idea!  (to Grand Councilwoman)  Are you checking the contract?

GRAND COUNCILWOMAN CHECKS UP THE DIGITAL VERSION OF THE CONTRACT ON THE COMPUTER AND DOESN’T FIND THE WORDS “STITCH CAN’T MAKE A NEW EXPERIMENT”

Grand Councilwoman:  Well it looks like the contract doesn’t say that Stitch can’t make a new experiment, it does say that neither Jumba nor Hamsterviel could do that but Stitch and the gang are totally okay with making a new experiment!

Jumba:  So now finally begins the testing for experiment 630 to be…

Stitch:  NO WAY!  No numbering anymore!

Jumba:  Why is that?  Jumba has been naming experiments by numbers for years!

Angel:  Well we’re now calling the shots and now we want to name the new experiments without numbering them because we will be giving them their functions and their own names…

Nani:  To find the one true place where they belong to live in the house that Stitch built!

EVERYBODY STARES AT NANI

Nani:  What?  I always wanted to say that!

Stitch:  Besides, there’s a reason why we want to do this ourselves…  Sample, give us a beat!

Sample:  How about The Roots?

SAMPLE PLAYS A RAP BEAT BY THE ROOTS

STITCH AND THE GANG MAKE THEIR OWN RAP ABOUT WHY THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS NEW EXPERIMENT

Stitch:  We noticed you made cousins for a long long time
Numbered them that was all well and fine
But it’s time we had a main change
For a new experiment must be known by name

Angel:  That choice was good for you at least
But when experiment 666 comes it’ll be the number of the beast!

Bonnie:  We make the laws we make the rules
We happen to know that we now have the tools!

Clyde:  We’ll make these experiments on the double
We’ll make sure that they will stay out of trouble!

Slick:  With a capital “T” and that rhymes with “B” and that stands for bent!

Sparky:  We all hope that we could make a new experiment!

THE RAP ENDS AND JUMBA HAS MADE HIMSELF CLEAR ABOUT THE NEW RULES

Jumba:  Okay, you convinced Jumba!

Grand Councilwoman: Well since all the stuff you have is in place, you can do it!

ALL THE EXPERIMENTS CHEER

Stitch:  Okay, now we need that generator!

Jumba:  Jumba doesn’t know where that is!

Stitch:  It is in your room!

COMMERCIAL BREAK

ACT II

INT STITCH’S ROOM

STITCH AND THE OTHERS ARE ABOUT TO MAKE THEIR NEWEST EXPERIMENT

Stitch:  Okay people, Rome wasn’t built in a day but Disneyland WAS built in a year

Reuben:  What does that mean?

Stitch:  It could take weeks before we make our new experiment because we need to come up with the name…

Sample:  That’s the LAST step!

Stitch:  Okay, we need a primary function and THEN we name him!

Sparky:  Well we need ideas!

EXPERIMENT 519 AKA SPLAT A GREEN STEAMROLLER-LIKE EXPERIMENT ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO LEVEL ENTIRE CITIES NOW DESIGNED TO PAVE SOME ROADS COMES UP WITH A SUGGESTION

Splat:  How about an experiment that could make clones?

Dupe:  That’s what I’m for!

Felix:  Let’s face it, Jumba has made experiments for every occasion!

THEN FELIX’S DIRTY COUNTERPART OSCAR COMES IN

Oscar:  Well maybe you should had that checked!

Felix:  Oh Oscar, just leave me alone!

Stitch:  Well this is going to be a failed experiment!

Sparky:  Well they just cancelled Steven Universe…

Stitch:  They did?!

Sparky:  No!  I was just giving you an idea for a new experiment!

Stitch:  An experiment that could determine a TV show’s fate… That sounds like a great idea!

Angel:  We should call him Nielsen!

Stitch:  Perfect!

TIME PASSES AS STITCH AND THE GANG MAKE NIELSEN

LILO COMES HOME FROM THE MALL AND IS IN STITCH’S ROOM

Lilo:  So Stitch, did your idea go through?

Stitch:  Yes!  Prepare to meet the newest cousin, Nielsen!

THE CURTAINS REVEAL TO EVERYONE NIELSEN A GREY HUMANOID-LIKE EXPERIMENT WHO IS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE FATE OF A TV SHOW’S FUTURE

Lilo:  You made him?

Stitch:  Yeah!

COMMERCIAL BREAK

ACT III

INT STITCH’S ROOM

LILO AND HER FRIENDS ARE ASTOUNDED BY THE FACT THAT THEY MADE A NEW EXPERIMENT

Lilo:  So you actually played God?

Keoni:  Well what’s the alien god?

Stitch:  I don’t know.  What I DO know is that this new experiment known as Nielsen is able to determine a TV show’s future.

Nielsen:  Bless the Harts will be renewed for another season!  The Casagrandes is getting another season and as for The Simpsons, it’ll be on even longer than you think!

Sparky:  We also gave Nielsen a crash course of good and bad!

Nielsen:  Frasier, good, The Sinbad Show, bad!

Retro:  Now who’s good?

Nielsen:  Stitch!

Zap:  Now who’s bad?

Nielsen:  Hamsterviel!

NIELSEN POINTS OUT TO HAMSTERVIEL ALONG WITH LEROY AND MARVIN

Hamsterviel:  So it looks like we have finally seen the long awaited Experiment 630…

Evile:  No more numbering because if we went up to 666…

Hamsterviel:  Oh there would be trouble!

Nielsen:  You three would never make it into a sitcom with even the guys behind Full House producing it!  You three are cancelled!

HAMSTERVIEL IS LEFT SPEECHLESS

Leroy:  We’re bailing out on this!

Marvin:  I’m with you!

LILO STARTS TO DO A SLOW CLAP WHICH GETS FASTER AND KEONI JOINS IN AND SO DOES MERTLE AND THEN ELENA, TERES, YUKI, VICTORIA, JAMES, DOUGLAS, DANNY, NANI, DAVID, JUMBA, PLEAKLEY AND ALL THE OTHER EXPERIMENTS AND IT BECOMES ONE OF THE BIGGEST APPLAUSES EVER

Stitch:  Congratulations Nielsen, you’re an official member of the Ohana!

Sample:  Let’s celebrate this with some Bobby Brown!

SAMPLE PLAYS BOBBY BROWN’S 1992 SMASH HIT “HUMPIN’ AROUND” AND EVERYBODY DANCES

Stitch:  We also have some ideas for other experiments!

Jumba:  You have fulfilled Jumba’s dream to make new experiments!

Stitch:  Well you know what they say, like creator like creation!

Well if it was a show it would be 22 minutes long.  30 minutes if you count the commercials.  That's kind of the standard for TV shows.  The name Nielsen comes from Nielsen ratings founded by Arthur Nielsen back to when TV first started and I came up with the idea for an experiment that can determine a TV show's future and it's a great thing that I came up with the name and purpose!

Well for the next episode will be some new experiments known as Regis (voiced by Tom Kenny), Kathie Lee (voiced by Jill Talley) and Kelly (voiced by Grey Griffin) who will be hosting a version of a Thanksgiving parade which Stitch and the gang put together along with experiment 009 aka Pop because he handles balloons.

Simple, Mitch from the PowerPuff Girls, it'll sound closest to Walter Matthau who played Oscar from the Odd Couple since Felix sounds a little bit like Jack Lemmon who played Felix in that movie.  Did you know that Lemmon and Matthau were also in Grumpy Old Men which was released 25 years after the original Odd Couple movie?  Anyways the voice Kel Mitchell is using for Splat is Ed from Good Burger.
