Edit: I added more burn marks so they cover like half of his face.... but seriously other than that I have no clue what to do XD; I might put some marks on his arms and legs too.
Sooo yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what I want that OC from the "Scissors" picture to look like. Yay for creepy eyes and random burn marks? Someone help me decide what to make the rest of him look like.
