Steps:
1. Sketch. Sketch the pose & composition.
2. Lineart. Fixing everything. Medium sized lineart, not too thick, not too thin. I use G-Pen for most part and Rough Pencil for face.
3. Base Color. Fill the base colors, each color was in separated layers.
4. Shading. Above the base layers, I put a shading layer and start shading. I usually use 2-3 shading colors with some additional color that I think interesting.
5. Lighting. Give some lights but not too much. Usually just a normal layer above the shading layers. Sometimes I give more shadow on some part with multiply.
6. Finishing. First I color the lineart then give some effect like glow and some other layers like overlay/screen. The last step was of course adjust the color using color balance and tone curve.
*throughout the steps, I often fix some mistake + adjust the hue, saturation, and luminosity.
