I was so hoping that number 4 Akuma would kill him, heck if I was there I would be holding Levverier and saying, "Here Akuma,Akuma, Akuma, come here, he is the top general, please kill!" I was so pissed when it didn't (and it had the audacity to ruin Cross's coat-see chapter 155).

hmmm...pretty much from after the stuff with Deisya(30 something?) to 50; however - because Lulubell is actually a chara in the manga that means she isn't an anime filler after all so those eps are only half fillers. You could consider it character development for her.
