So anyway... I dunno if uploading them one by one is a good idea. Can you try download WinRAR in filehippo.com? Then you can open the RAR file and extract it (check tutorial if you're not sure how to)

Well, I'd appreciate credit, though it's just going to be editing, not actually creating a full texture (I'm not good at it, still trying to make one for my OC's Extreme Gear ) But as long as you don't say it's your self-made texture ('cause that's SEGA's texture, claiming it is not alright) I'm alright if you don't give credits

Usually use photos or existing base textures (cgtextures.com) and mix them all with different effects

Hummm try google. Filehippo is where you download the software. I'm sure you can find a lot of 'how-to-extract-using-WinRAR' tutorial in the web. You don't really need one, to be honest. The button's quite big and says 'Extract'. It copies the file inside to the place you want it to be. Drag and drop also works in the same simpler fashion
