Isn't Swords of Edo kind of a strange title? I mean the Edo period is most known for being peaceful, at least compared to the Sengoku.

Thought I should comment, Swords of Edo is a graphic novel set in an alternate universe where the Edo period never ended and Japan remained isolated from the world... www.swordsofedo.com the first volume is currently in development.
