If they could get the rights to all these characters easily, then I could see this being the actual final roster for PS All-Stars (or a future installment). The only character I see being impossible to implement in the game at that point would be Blasto as his original voice actor passed away; fans don't seem to like it when the original voice actor doesn't return to reprise their role (based on the hate on Jak's new voice).
