While I was in the Navy in Vietnam many years ago,I saw a good friend after his gun mount was hit with an RPG (rocket-propelled grenade)and some of his ammunition exploded as well. He was seriously injured, most of his left backside was gone. He was medevac-ed by helo, and survived.
There is nothing hilarious about being shot.
