Really hot off the press. Adding touch ups till just moments ago. But here is Splinter, revamped and redux'd. Once again, taking inspiration from 2012 and 2k3, but i feel like this time I was able to make it more into its own thing. Like 2012, he's taller than the turtles and can still put up a decent fight. However, he's been out of the game for a while and sparring with his sons only does so much. He's also a rat that's been mutated, rather than a mutated Hamato Yoshi. Storywise and personality wise, I'm thinking he's mostly like 2012 and 2k3, but with shades of Rise and Mutant Mayhem. Truly a father to his sons, more than just a sensei.
