Chibiusa is a malevolent beastI told you Ra that I would give you something better than the crappy thing I drew last time >w>
This is a gift for my friend who is the biggest fan of Chibiusa that I know, just look at his gallery and you will know why I say that
I wanted to try drawing something with the tablet, something simple and quick, and this was the result. This picture is referenced from Alloy's picture -> [link] ... I wish I could paint lazor eyes like those >w>
I know that the flames looks bad, I'm just a rookie at coloring, so don't blame me for that ;w;

Oh my gosh! That face! She's pure evil here! That city, whatever is left of it, is doomed to be crushed completely flat!
I love the helicopter and train dangling from her hands! And the wreaked buildings and fire all over is amazing! This is perfect for a movie poster or a scene from a bad (awesome) dream I wish I had.

I drew this while I was on my bed with my laptop and tablet, it's a lot easier to move the laptop's cursor with the tablet than with the touch pad which is a pain
