Isn't Polybius the name of that Game that supposedly contains Government Subliminal Messages or something?

It is. Specifically, Polybius was a jet-black arcade cabinet that was meant to experiment the effects of brainwash on innocent gamers as a followup to the infamous Project MK Ultra, after several reports of depression, suicides, and anti-videogame conversions, the cabinet disappeared, never to be seen again..... quite a mouthful isn't it?
