How long or old do your snakekeys have to be to grown them up, or what are the requirments exactly? ;;;

There aren't any restrictions on that! You can grow them up immediately if it's what you want

I though maybe their had to be a time where they could grow <3 also if i were to turn them into an adult would i have to get rid of their baby fin? for example could i grow on up and say that the fin falling off is a late bloomer?
I completely understand is that's not allowed since it is a baby fin ^^
And all upgrades can be applies to a baby?

Adults aren't released yet. If you grew them into the young phase, then yeah, they'd lose the fin
If you'd like to keep it, you'll need to get the baby fin upgrade c:

If a keke's base is white, is it ok if i just use the different color markings?

You'll still have to have one color that's the same hue of the base
Assuming it's solid white, though, you can pretty much pick any color for that to be :v White's shows up in the top corner of every hue, after all
