Description
... Uh, basically to try and get some realistic ideas of what winged humans would look like i took the wings from two of the largest flying birds (An Andian Condor and a Wandering Albatross) and fitted them onto a human figure...The measurements are fairly accurately scaled (according to the data i was working with)... so should hopefully give some idea as to what kind of wings work best realistically for winged creatures of this size.
All measurements are in Meters. -if measurements are innacurate please correct me, i've never seen either of these birds in person...
*Update* Added Haast Eagle. I was originally going to make a separate piece with Pelagornis sandersi and Argentavis as they are all extinct however the latter two's wingspans are twice, if not more, the length of the Haast Eagle so as it is a similar size to the wings here, i added it to this piece

Can you give me the wingspan if it was a mockingbird?

Also look into extinct birds like Haast's eagle at 3+meters, Argentavis at 7m, Pelagornis sandersi at 6-7m, or Quetzalcoaltus at 10, just so see the length and breadth comparison with these, because dead/extinct doesn't mean failed evolutionarily.

No i know, One of my friends mentioned once that there was one large species of bird which went extinct because it would eat peoples kids - so they hunted it to extinction.
i just figured i'd start with those still alive... Thank you for the species list though, I knew about Pelagornis sandersi but not the others
