It's not the best anime movie, but it's the best ONE PIECE movie to be sure, even if it is basically a Vegas-inspired copy of the Dress Rosa arc at its core. I loved how Robin and Sanji took down Tanaka-san together in the final battle, but my favorite moment was when Usopp ran away to get the thing that ultimately defeated Baccarat, aka the woman with the most OP Devil Fruit power ever.
