His face is like that because of his icon, and the tongue is like that because he uses the "" emoticon too much.

He's short because his anatomy perspective is that someone is 6 heads tall. If people were 6 six head tall in real life, they would be short.

I do remember , so would Matsy, him using that emoticon on that pic of her when he said "You're not very talkative " I guess some people don't know how to look at comments more depth.
