Really impressive the amount of characters! Good Job!
but I give you a suggestion to improve: Make a light sketch of the positions (and predispositions) with a hard pencil (like an H), traces the lines with a black pen or a soft pencil (HB is fine), and finally erases the light parts of the H pencil with a kneaded eraser (caution, kneaded eraser NOT a normal rubber).
also do not start immediately to make the final design on a large sheet, before this make a "battle plan": on a sheet (even a small one) you make a very fast sketch of the dispositions that the various characters will have, so you will already have an idea of where they will go without having to think about the big sheet at the moment (in this way you don't even have to do too many erasures that could ruin the sheet)
