Description
This one came about because someone ordered a print from me for my old(circa 2006) Spiderman and Venom piece. I couldn't bring myself to color that or give that away considering that I have grown as an artist and it doesn't represent my best work so I did this piece instead to surprise him.Prints are availible here

That is amazing because I had no idea that you made both of those I requested. I start by searching through the popular all time pictures and then click through the related artwork. I usually skim through the descriptions and can't remember exactly who I ask until they reply and write down any special requests that someone has. You got some great artwork of someone can ask to use 2 different pictures of yours for 2 different characters. Thanks! Also, I see that you enjoy heavy metal music as described on your profile. What song do you think would fit with the spiderman theme?

Thanks man, all I gotta say is just study and practice human anatomy, and when I say practice I mean like ALL THE TIME...lol, I have sketchbooks just devoted to anatomy studies and penciling techniques.

lol, i wasn't trying to be condescending or anything, i've been practicing art since i was 12 and now i'm 30, never look at it as a competition with you and other artists, compete with yourself to get better, that's the message I was trying to get across. if you ever want tips and stuff i'll be glad to help.

Yeah, believe or not Joe Mad is my biggest influence but I try not to use some of his penciling technique because a lot of artists have steered in that direction. I dont want to be a copy cat artist either, trying for my own distinct style.

Style is the hardest thing about drawing. Tried for years to copy Turner and couldn't work out why I never liked it. Now I just draw and whatever comes out comes out.
