Yeah, the power of Chaos, the concept of the Bladers spirit, and Spiral Power are the exact same thing. They're mainly used by humans with a drive to never give up and continually grow. They all have positive and negative elements to them depending on WHO uses these forces and how they're used.

I.E. when a beyblader feels the joy of battle and growth with their opponent, their spirit ignites, allowing them to grow and evolve with their blade and the spirit that exists within the blade representing their fighting spirit. Now that's the positive aspect.

BUT on the other hand, when a blader feels negative emotions like hatred, rage, anger, despair, etc. their blader spirit becomes corrupted birthing a power known as the dark power which will constantly grow and grow as you use and if you try to resist it it'll take ahold of your heart with its increase power until it destroys you and your world. As the spirit within your blade, aka your fighting spirit, takes you over. Now, that's the negative aspect.

This alone shows the duality of the human heart and pretty much humanity as a whole as we're all capable of great good and great evil. Plus, it references what Chaos is in Yu-Gi-Oh, a force when Light and Darkness intertwine and become one. And also take into consideration Spiral Power has a positive element for evolution, but too much evolution and Spiral power can lead to the birth of the Spiral Nemesis and destroy the universe which is a negative.
