Something that I've been working on while at work. Which is something I've been wanting to do for awhile. I drawing featuring Zoidess' second mouth, Z.

You see, every snapzoid has a second mouth, but must of those second jaws, are just that. A secondary mouth. But that is different with Zoidess, her secondary mouth has eyes and a mind. Although Z mostly acts out of instinct. Zoidess is in charge of the her body, and Z doesn't have much say in it. But at the same time Z is nothing like the two head hands of the pokemon hydreigon. Because both heads seem rather mindless. In other words, Z is in between of being in control like the second head of a two headed being would be and an extra head that is mindless.

For this piece, I decided to see what Zoidess and Z would look like in using different coloring tools.

1 and 3 I only used sharpies. I haven't done to much with sharpies. So here ya go!
The reason why I colored 3 with sharpies is that there isn't much of Z seen in 1. I'm not to happy with Zoidess' eye color. I blended two sharpies to get as close as possible to her eye color. Z's eye is the sharpie color that is the closest to Zoidess' eye color without any blending.

While 2 is done in pens. The pens give a unique texture to the artwork. No way was I going to fill in all that white I missed. And the green eye color is much better. (^_^) Oh yeah, I kinda colored Z's little blade fan thing with the wrong color. I don't have any grey type of pen. So the teeth stay white. You can probably see why I've colored the teeth some kind of grey color, it doesn't clash with the other colors. And I don't have a big variety of blue pens.

And 3 is done in colored pencils. Which is something I have done before a lot. Just with the outline being done in pen. Going 100% colored pencils give a bit of a messy sketch look. Which I like. I can control just how dark I want the outlines to be! But, it makes it difficult to use bright colors and keep it that way. ...

At some point I'll do a drawing of Zoidess and Z that is combined with the 3 different coloring tools. .... Hmmm, I might do this with the other comrades. It'll give me some practice with different poses.
