The feature film required a whole new ystor aout the flower-loving bull. The orivinal animated short was a tone poem.
The brutal no-win business about the bull's chances in a bullfight are referenced but not explicit.
Tho a brute, a bull DOES learn in encounters with matadors. If he wins against the matador, he is then slain by others, as he is now too dangerous now ! A 2nd match would put a matador at a disadvantage !
