Description My first tutorial for my piece [link] The King of the Beasts. I have tried to include the technique I use for completing my pieces of coloured artwork for this individual piece. I hope you like it!

Thank you for the tutorial... I'm still practicing working with colored pencils (i don't quite get the hang of it yet) But I keep working on it. This is rather functional to me. Thank you

That's OK, I am pleased you like it! I really recommend these pencils they're so easy to use, and the smaller sets are really affordable! I hope you enjoy your drawing!

Yeah, something like that. I'm doing shading that brings out some realistic features in a character or animal. Usually I'm looking for the reflection of the person or just the sun or light reflection in the background. Any tips?

Do you mean how to shade for a specific lighting angle, and the lighting angle of objects in the background? For shading you can use some unusual colours in fur that give a good impression of light rather than keeping to the same colour with a different tone (especially with scales as well). Unfortunately I am not very skilled in drawing backgrounds, so I don't think I could give you very useful advice in that area.
