Well Fish hooks and mlp came out in 2010 while gumball came out in '09 which count him as a 2000s character but the catch for him is he's in the Late 2000s alongside adventure time, regular show, Nichijou, domo, and fanboy and chum chum. Now the reason I put adventure time in the late 2000s because of the pilot which debuted on nicktoons network in 2008 which makes the show a late 2000s show I sorta know my stuff when it comes down to cartoons even though I'm not fully know my stuff but I know some of it.

some of these are characters from old video games and online games. if you prefer games basted off 2000s cartoons (as well as 90s) then there's attack of the toybots and punch time explosion xl.

Yes! Hamtaro. Pretty much one of the first anime I watched beside Pokemon and Digimon. And yes,we can count pokemon as 2000's since it came out in 1997 as trading cards and games and in 1998 as the anime,which is pretty close to the 2000's.
