Great control of light and shadow, very descriptive in what seems like very few strokes. How long did this take? It has the sketchy character of a speedpaint but is more structured and less expressionist than most I see.

Thanks for the comment. Erm, it took about 2-3 hours I guess? That was quite a bit of adjusting going on with the pose in the early stages of the painting. And yeah, that's the kind of effect I was going for. A more rendered speed painting, but not 100 percent perfect (I have a short attention span!)
