And finally, Character Design Challenge, number 3. The Scavenger: Katie.One of the things I really liked about Far Cry 3 was the fact the main character wasn't a super soldier or a mercenary or anything like that. He was just a normal guy thrown into an extreme situation and did what he had to survive. I like stories and characters like that more. So this is what I wanted to show with Katie. A character who has been through hell but is still standing strong.

I love the expression. She looks exhausted, but at the same time warning you that if you come closer she still has a lot of fight in her.

Thanks for the comment. Do you mean with the dirt? It's a mixture of me painting with a textured brush and using a grunge texture

Ermm, no, I don't think. Zombies never really crossed my mind when I designed her. I was thinking the 'threat' would be more like kidnappers, hostage takers, pirates (modern day ones!) that sort of thing. But, ya know, a bit more brutal

Yeah, I can see why you mentioned Far Cry 3. The latest Tomb Raider had a similar survival vibe.
