Funny, I was watching Spirited Away and browing dA with my laptop. So, when I saw this, I instantly fast-forwaded to that, and well.

And yes, Latias does have feathers, cause how can it fly if it didn't have them Of course, It'll just use Levitate

Absolutely beautiful! The stary night sky in the background is fantastic, and I can't stop stairing at her feathers, they add such a realistic touch.
