I love to hear them singing, we have a Lantana bush which have red berries,
they love those berries!

They are like a greatest hits album. The one in my neighborhood does a cardinal, hawk, and killdeer to name the ones I recognize.

LOL, that's what they do.
I'll tell you an interesting story about a mockingbird I raised from a baby, he fell out of his nest,
we built a big birdcage, while he was living with us he was mimicking the sound of the microwave oven, the doorbell, the phone and some of the sounds from Tv, drove us crazy, when he grew up we let him go!!!!!!

Atticus was right, Mockingbirds do one thing, make music for us to enjoy!
Mockingbirds are my favorite birds, onetime I raised a baby mockingbird who had fallen out of his nest and couldn't fly, while he was with me he was mimicking the different people from TV, microwave, doorbell, you name it, he was really fun to have around, but I had to let him go when he learned to fly!!!

wow that was really kind of you Liisa ..that must have been pretty funny when he immatated your door bell and i assume you mean the finish bell on your microwave ..i never knew they did people too ..so i guess they will mock you then
