I have to second MidevalExponents2sqr. It's one thing when it's anime or book characters because everyone knows their not real. But when real people are involved, it kinda gets weird. Even if they are just personas, it's still kinda hard to digest. That's why I liked the spoof Nostalgia Critic/Chick made when they went on a date and it failed miserably.
No hard feelings. Your work is good, but the subject matter is a little... odd (for lack of a better word) to me.

That your own feeling towards and I respect that, all I hope is you respect my view of things too.
I mean, if they truns round and say 'stop' I and other like me will. Like Nash asked us not to ship him since hes more 'real' than a character' so we wont and completely understand and repect that. Other have activally come up and asked us to write/draw things for them. Enabling us to ship them etc so ofcourse we oblige and run with it ^^

I will never understand, or want to understand, why TGWTG fans are shipping real life people that probably aren't romantically involved at all.

They're fictional, scripted characters. The reviewers themselves have made note of this fact several times. Real people don't sit around in costumes and shoot guns at people over childrens films or have evil sorcerers invading their homes. No one is shipping the real people behind those characters. And as the artist mentioned, several of the reviewers themselves have said they really enjoy the fanworks that people make of them and actively encourage it.
A better question might be to ask why you constantly waste your time trolling people on the internet acting like a rude, whiny, ignorant prick when you could clearly be doing much better things more to your oh-so-precious standards. I really don't understand why you keep watching these people, or looking up art of them, when everything they do seems to terribly offend you. Grow up.

I don't troll anyone. I'm a part of the TGWTG group on dA here so I see some weird stuff and I comment. I got my explanation in a calm manner. I'm not rude or whiny, but I am ignorant until I get my answers, whether I like them or not.
And if you're going to point fingers at being rude, take a look in the mirror, buddy. I can't help fans submit their work. Yeah, I can ignore it, but I also have the freedom to ask questions and wonder, negatively or otherwise. And I 'm sorry if I take the time to look at the artwork submitted to the group. I didn't mean to be an asshole, but like you said, I'm ignorant. Now I know better.
And I've seen some really messed up fanart that wasn't shipping of the characters that really bothered me so I can comment if I want to. If the artist doesn't like it, they can hide easily.
I'll go do nothing with my oh-so-precious standards.

You are rude and whiny, it seems like every thing I ever view you make comments on childishly complaining about them as if the world should conform to your standards. It's pathetic and does come off as VERY trollish. If you don't mean to come off that way I sincerely apologize, but please know you come off as VERY confrontational. People in this fandom often come under very heavy attack (we've often be told we deserve to be raped, yeah, that's nice isn't it?) for art like this, and the remark you made there was no better.

I don't ship the real life people, I ship the characters.
There is a diffrence between Doug/Kaylyn and Critic/Marzgurl. The first is the real people. The later are characters they act like. I know their no romanically involved at all.
*shurgs* they all know about it, Some of them are even happly talked to us about it, even some have encourged it thinking it all fun. They know we see/know the diffrence between two.

Yeah, it's cool. The characters make sense, like shipping characters of any tv show, really, so I can understand. I choose not to do that sort of thing, though.
