this is still a work in progress and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
i don't really like this, so unless i get good advice and unless it changes dramatically, it will be scrapped.

It almost looks like a photo where you've set the median settings in the Noise filter to 200 pixels or something.

For a photoshop piece, it has a very organic feel to it. My main suggestion is that, as there is alot of detail in shadow and such, make this a little easier to see, maybe adjust the colors or something. If could look much more dramatic then! I like the direction this is taking, though! Nice work!
