I had this idea to draw little scenes for the pokemon princesses . At first I wasn't sure if this would warrant its own deviation instead of posting them all in a compilation (once there's more) because of the questionable quality of the background. Buuuut this kind of is like the first picture in a... year? with a proper background which alone probably makes it stand above the usual "characters standing against a white background". So here it is, I'll see what I'll do with the possible other pictures in the series later.

But anyway, Pokemon trainer Rapunzel runs away from her overprotective mother to see the floating Lampent festival in Castelia city.

Still not satisfied with the hat and bag but can't be bothered to think of anything better for this. She can buy new ones later?
