I've been watching way more Precure than is good for me, and the incredibly formulaic stories and generic characters frustrate me a lot. Thus was born the desire to create a parody Precure fan team with a super generic story and flat characters. And here they are, the Yay ❤ Fuwa Fuwa Precure! (names, more detailed descriptions and some creation notes here ) The theme is soft things. Naturally the pink one is the energetic, cheerful, clumsy, naive and super friendly and helpful leader and will ultimately hog the spotlight.While creating these the focus shifted from "I'll quickly throw together the most boring and generic magical girl designs I can think of" to "whoops, I actually spent more time on them than I first wanted", which has the unfortunate result that now I'm kind of upset that I didn't try properly from the start.

Cure Pillow is most absolutely my favorite one. The yellow one precure are typically the "sweet" and "cute" one but she looks like a complete pompous narcissist. The 90's anime villain laugh is honestly one of the best anime troupes. Her hair is also super cute.

truth be told, when i first saw Cure Plush (the blue one) my mind instantly thought "oh she's the shy rich girl" trope, which admittedly is is one of my fav tropes, i think she's my fav of the group design wise.
to be honest i do like the magical girl genres shows but there's so many precure's i'm not sure which one to try, any suggestions?

I didn't really think of her as shy and mostly just introverted. Like whenever in Precure (or media in general) there's a character who isn't super interested in buddying up with the friendly and enthusiastic main character all the time it's presented as a flaw, like they're too shy or don't trust people or whatever, and its their character arc to get that flaw fixed. So instead I wanted to imagine her as someone who has perfectly 'normal' social skills, but who just happens to enjoy a bit more alone time than what most kids shows like to show.
As for different Precure seasons... I haven't seen that many of them so I'm not an expert, but the general consensus seems to be that Go! Princess Precure and Heartcatch Precure are the best. I'd recommend not starting with Happiness Charge Precure or Kira Kira Precure (generic, rather forgettable, pretty stupid) or Doki Doki Precure (absolute garbage).

My Best friend and I have a love/hate for Precure. We Know it better as it's English name, Glitter Force. We've watched the two that are on Netflix. We were both excited to watch the new one Doki Doki, that at the same time we said "Oh My God, Yes" We just saw it pop up and we had to.
