For various reasons I've thought about redesigning some of the the pokemon princesses, and here they are!A lot of people call my designs gym leaders and I don't exactly like that, since I'm trying to design something that could be the female player character instead. If I was aiming at the "gym leader" look I would have a completely different approach (for example, Ariel would have a swimsuit etc.) But quite frankly it's probably my own fault, without bags they possibly didn't remind the player characters at all (?). But this time they have bags so please don't call them gym leaders. Also, please comment something about the picture and not just list what pokemon you want them to have.
More thoughts on the characters on my Website , in "Drawings" -> "Pokemon style characters".
Not planning redesigns for the other characters. Also, I don't need suggestions or requests on who I should draw; I can decide that on my own.

This is very cool, you are super creative to be able to adapt the princess's clothing to that of the pokemon style but still be able to protray the personality of the princess's and have them recgnaisable (i have no idea how to spell that)

If the pokemon franchise and Disney get together to make a special Disney character version of the game they should come to you for this version of the Disney characters, this is brilliant!

Charlotte's presence in this picture is completely excusable, since she was a princess at some point. An ex-princess.
(Speaking of, it would be really nice to have a Disney Princess movie about a stuck-up spoiled princess give up her title at the end of the movie for someone else and become a commoner.)
(And doesn't Disney already have quite a lot of ex-princesses? Charlotte, Vanellope(becomes President), Elsa(becomes Queen)... I bet there's more o' 'em somewhere!)
Also, I didn't really notice it before, but yeah, the bags really work! I can't even imagine them as anything BUT Female Players!

I like the affect the bags have, but for Rapunzel I think the original hat you had was more in her character.

I know more people than necessary have told you this but, you are amazing. Simply amazing. Your skills as an artist should make even professional artists envy. I have honestly never seen a more skilled and creative artist. Please keep doing what you do!
On another note, your designs are fabulous! I can really imagine the princess wearing these outfits and the colors you chose really match not only their original outfits but their personality in general.
I have a little criticism though, I don't understand why Aurora's hat looks so...poofy. Might I ask why you chose to dry it like that?

I didn't like the old hat so I wanted to replace it with something else. The new one is supposed to be similar to Bianca's hat, but it didn't quite come out the way I wanted.

I like most of the updates you made much better. Princesses who really benefited were Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, and Tiana.
I do so enjoy the hoodie and skirt for Cinderella. Aurora's collar and pleated skirt are a huge improvement over the old one. Kudos on the rose pokeball design on the bag. I liked the beret looking hat from her older design though. I like Ariel's white shorts and green socks, but her shoes are a bit busy. Tiana looks so much more ready for an adventure in this outfit, and I especially love her hat - it looks a little camo.
I like Jasmine's old outfit better and Mulan's older top with the knotted design. These pants are better, but I can see how the older, more complex top might become too busy with these pants.
Rapunzel's hair is much better in the braid, and it was a good move to take the distracting stripe off of her tights. However, I do like her old hat better. Vanellope came out well - tough chick. I love Anna's hat and boot detail!
Ariel's bag goes SO well with her outfit - love the flowy handles (even though it probably isn't as sturdy)! I also really like Merida's and Anna's bags with their outfits though Cat-Of-Energy is right about the handle of Anna's bag. But overall, it adds the proportion of red needed to pull the outfit together. Personally, I'd probably like a super practical bag like Cinderella's or Belle's.
Great show of creativity - keep it up. Looking forward to more of your works in the future.

I don't like the handle of Anna's bag either for the same reason. I knew it would be a problem already when I drew the sketch, and colouring it felt pretty stupid when I had to choose the order of the colours solely based on the fact that I had to avoid getting the black part of the handle being against the black shirt (apparently I've forgotten to whine about this in the comments, that was the plan). But unfortunately she was one of the last designs I drew and at that point I was pretty tired to try anything better...

I actually really like Cinderella and Tiana now.
Mulan... ever though about incorporating pars from her armor/soldier outfit other than hair/ribbon? I'd try giving her a green bag with some sort of uber oriental red gyarados dragon motif... probably doesn't fit pokemon style all that well though.

I have thought about it, but... it's just that... the thing is to pokemon-ify that particular outfit. Different canon outfit makes a different pokemon outfit (I've thought about pokemonifying their other outfits too though). Mulan only got that other hairdo because... I can't remember. I guess I just thought it'd look better or give her a unique hairstyle.
As far as I can remember the only character to use two canon outfits is Merida who gets the belt from her other outfit, and even that was just because her main outfit simply gave absolutely nothing to work with.
