Profiles for the gang . I guess the other picture really isn't needed since it has nothing this one doesn't, but I liked the idea of having them in the same file. Except that all the characters were drawn separately, so they don't fit the lineup too well.A few more words on them on my tumblr . There's a little disparity between the description and the text in the images though, since I made the images first (with personality traits ripped from the TMM maker since I'm lazy. My former works are of use for once!) and while the personality I though up for the characters based on the traits sounded cool in my head, I'm not so sure how much of it made to the text I managed to write down.
Mew Cinderella turned out to be my favourite, but now that I think of it, with the personality I gave her she comes out as a pretty unpleasant person...

That's based on her profile that I wrote for tumblr. She turned out kind of fickle and inconsiderate, like she has a friendly disposition but doesn't care about what others think of her to the extent that she could skip joining a group battle against the aliens just because she happens to not feel like fighting at the moment.

No, these weren't made on any game; I drew them all myself. Would have to be quite a complicated character creation game if it offered 8 different poses.

This is great! I really liked Mew Rosemary's design and Mew Cranberry's personality, but that's probably because it sounds a lot like me XP

It's interesting that you kept the last names of the main characters. When I was young I did something like this, but for Ichigo's daughter I gave her the last name Aoyama and so forth. I suppose for legacy sake they could keep their mother's maiden names to continue the line of TMM, kinda like passing down a family heirloom. :3 Even though a bride taking the groom's family name is only a tradition and doesn't necessarily have to happen.

It's mostly just because I really don't care about shipping and didn't want to think too hard about who were the fathers. So the easiest solution was to just use the mothers' surnames for everyone because that's what this drawing is all about; drawing "alternative" versions of them.
As far as I know in Japan the family's surname is more about power and less about gender, so if a man marries a woman who is from a more powerful/prestigious family than him he'll take her surname. Though it's far more common for the woman to change her name.Β

I really like their designs, especially Mew Strawberry's and Mew Rosemary's~ And their weapons are cool too, I like the idea of the fan and microphone. I have Tokyo Mew Mew OC's and I never thought about those for weapons xD

Haha, I didn't really think that much about the weapons (or attacks), they're mostly included because there was room in the info card. I got them clicking the magical girl generator I made a while back long enough.

That was the second one Berry had and Momoka has the cat ears and tail AND the symbol is cat like.
