Ah finally finished this! My entry (hopefully) to the Undertale Librarby 2's contest!I wish I COULD draw Stitch ahah, but at least he is recognizable! But, the idea is that he is showing off his police cruiser, sticking his tongue out and flicking Papy off *le gasp* #rude !
Stitch says: Tookie bah wah! = Lets get started! Iki bah bah! = Come on! He's taunting Papyrus into a.. race? haha I don't know.
