I wanted my hair kinda like that a while back! ;__; But I never got it done and I don't know if I ever will because I'd have to bleach it and my mom is kinda scared to. I did end up finding this website all about crazy hair colors though and I might dye my hair blue or purple someday. XD The dyes are cheap, but unfortunately they only last like a month. :[
