The 11 ball in a nutshell=> [link] It came up on my Pandora and it inspired me to draw 11 Ball stuff. Only Ke$ha would make a song like that.

Its not really final, but her curse design is based off of looking at viper snakes and ended up including a tail that is a viper. She or the tail viper can paralyze prey with their fangs. The 11 doesnt need to fully transform to do this.

Anyhoo, the 11 ball, or Officer Newport is a policewoman who's always out to take a bite out of crime: little did she know thats what she would have to do to live. The curse placed on her by the Ouija Cult turned her to a cannibal with a taste for men who have murdered; their flesh and blood are the only things that can sustain her. Out of the Cult's "kindness", they gave her another form that would facilitate being able to eat. Her feedings have caught the attention of the law enforcement and therefore has to be extra careful.

Note on the bottom, Atticus killed an assassin out of self defense when he was younger, therefore the 11 wants to eat him.
