Very good ending. Still sad to see she didn't end up with Apple Bloom, but maybe in the end it's for the best.

I really love this comic.
To be honest, I've never really liked the portrayal of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon being the big bad bullies and all they're there for is to be an antagonist for the CMC. This is a really nice look at Diamond's not only character but keep her somewhat in character while developing her. Giving insight on how to she reacts to things, how she got her cutie mark, not to mention showing other characters all grown up. Makes me smile.
I think I'm starting to enjoy a character I thought was a generic villian... I hope maybe one day they can give some insight in Diamond Tiara in the show, a long shot I know... but it would be interesting to see.
No one is the villain, only people who perceive what they're doing is right.

I didn't expect it to end this way... but... it works. Yes, I do like it. It really feels like a nice ending that isn't perfect but it's good and it's hopeful and that's a great kind of message to tell about real life.

"Ended up single" isn't the most uplifting of endings but it is what I'd planned and I think that, in the end, it came out quite well.

She ended up single, but she's matured and left with hope that she still can find herself the right pony. I think that's pretty positive still. (I do admit my fav part was when she was dating Snails. That was just adorably cute seeing them together).

So ends the only piece of fan work that I've read that portrays Diamond Tiara as anything more than a paper-thin antagonist. It's good to see some actual depth in her.
