I love how airy and light this is. Maybe try working on softening up some of the lines a little? I mean that in places like the hair; the ends are a little bit spiky and overall could probably do with looking like they are blowing in the breeze. The kimono is wonderfully done though, and I love the style of the trees. They aren't so detailed that they take away focus from the character. Overall, you're doing really well though, so keep it up ^^

If this didn't have the double elbow, I'd tell you is was almost perfect
The colouring and design makes up for it; they're super cute!

I have to say, I am very impressed with the kimono--the pattern seems well thought out and the colors are gorgeous. Both composition and pose were well-chosen, lending this picture a bit of a surreal feel to it (I'm reminded of 16th-century Dutch portraits, which I hope you will take as the compliment it's intended to be). My only concrete suggestion is that you watch out for where the body goes in the kimono--one of her arms looks as if it has two elbows due to its unusual positioning. Your elbow normally hits at the level of your belly button when the arm is at rest, so that might be something you want to remember when you're setting out her limbs. Overall, though, I have to say that I don't usually click on fanart but this is a nice piece. Good job!
