The stage is set for an open rooftop.
A starry 2 am sky and stars like freckles that litter the face of your younger cousin.
There is to be no moon (when the moon is bright, the stars are hidden, the same way you always paled in comparison to your best friend.)
There are buildings in the skyline, shining multicoloured lights that tint the clouds the way the water in the basin gets tinted whenever you put your paintbrush in there. Don't be bothered by it though, it's just a backdrop.
A girl and a boy are sitting at the edges of the roof, there is no relation among them except being platonic friends, get your mind out of the gutter and learn that two people together doesn't mean they're a couple.
